Initial consult will be with one of our providers (through telehealth) and then you will meet with Nurse Nicole remotely as well. At this appointment we will discuss your medical history, treatment goals, treatment options and pricing. Your medications will be ordered after we discuss best options for you and will be administered at your next visit. Please note the only services that a patient can see us remotely for is Medicated Weight Loss as we will ship everything that you need directly to your door (additional shipping fees not calculated in pricing on website).

My name is Nicole and I am the owner of Revive IV & Wellness.

I am a proud wife and the mother to a little boy named Josiah with another little boy on the way! We have two fur babies: Mia a Sheepadoodle and Echo an Australian Shepherd.

My family and I moved to Florida 10 years ago from Connecticut and I just cannot get over waking up every morning to palm trees. It feels as though we are in a constant paradise.

In my free time I love to go to the beach, take walks, read my bible and spend time with my family.
